How long will it take to get my order? TOP

That depends on a few things.  If it's an item that does not mention a proof in the description, then we ship 2-4 business days after we have a cleared payment. If it's an item that would need a proof, we ship 2-3 business days AFTER proof is approved in writing.  We use US Postal Service and we are located in San Diego Co.(92056) so shipping is 3-8 business days depending on the USPS.

What if I need a RUSH order? TOP

We do not charge extra for a RUSH order but the post office does.  Please email Linda directly at Linda@doingpersonalfavors.com with the following information: What product(s) you would like, how many, what day you need them, where you are located and your phone number.  PLEASE remember to write: NEED A RUSH QUOTE in the subject box of the email.  We can honor must rushes but sometimes we can't.  Please ask us first for instructions on how to order a RUSH order.

Will I get an emailed proof for my item? TOP

We only provide proofs on certain items we think need them.  Some of these are  water bottle labels, wine labels, mintbooks, FULL size candy bar wrappers, custom orders and business orders. In the description it will tell you if an items gets a proof. Proofs usually take 2-4 BUSINESS days depends on what time of the year.  We get very busy at different times. We do not ship until proof is approved!

If my item says I must approve a proof, how do I see it? TOP

It comes via the email address that you provided in your information.  Remember, if you use a work email, you may not see the proof until you are back to work.  Please pay attention to the Thank You email that comes shortly after you pay.  It gives you information on spam filters. If you do not see your proof within 4 days of payment, please email us right away.  We us graphics and our attachment are quite large they can look suspicious to some email providers so they block the email.  We can work with you got receive the email as long as we know you are having a problem.  If you are going out of town or will not be available to see the proof let us know that too so we can send it to another person you trust.

What if I don't see my proof and it's been more then 4 days? TOP

Please email us letting us know.  There is no way for us to know if you got it and just need some extra time to show someone, or you never got it at all!  We can help getting it to you if we know you did not get it.  Today, spam filters are very good and since we use graphics our files are quite large and can look suspicious to spam filters.  Again, follow the information we will email you. We do not ship a proof item without approval so please be checking your email.

I like a design of one label and the wording from another, can I get that made? TOP

Of course!  We make all our own designs so changing things to fit your needs is what we do best!  For items mention above that get proofs, there is a box that says 'Any additional information needed...'  in that box write what we should remove and what you would like to add.  That box can take more information then it looks, so please be clear.  You may reference in this way 'please remove the right side and put in the left side of wrapper #421'.  Or you may include your own wording.  We will write just as you did so if you want an ! or a capital letter somewhere, just write it that way.  Just remember there is limited space on these wrappers so if you want to add something make sure you let us know what you would like to remove.  This way we don't remove the wrong information to make the room we need.

Can I provide my own photo or graphic? TOP


Of course!  Just remember that dark will print dark and blurry
will print blurry, etc...the better quality you provide the better results you will get!  Our items are not printed on photo paper.  Please read our 'customer comment'  section if you are concerned. We also have a photo tip section at the top of our site it would be best if you read through that.
